Terms & Conditions

Thanks for choosing Happy Moments! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. We've kept it short and simple.

Orders & Payment

• We work on a make to order model, orders are confirmed once we've received full payment.
• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and the price you were quoted is the price you will be required to pay.
• Colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings or devices.

Customisation & Substitutions

• We do our best to match exact colours, flavours, and items shown on our website or requested by you.
• If a specific product is unavailable, we'll substitute it with something of equal or better value and let you know beforehand where possible.
• If you have specific product requests, for example health alternatives, nut free alternatives or specific item requests, additional charges may apply.
• All marketing images provide an approximate idea of what the finished product may resemble, but due to the personalised, hand produced and unique nature of our products the final products will vary.

Allergies & Food Safety

• Our packs may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and other common allergens.
• It is the customer's responsibility to check pack contents and inform us of any allergies before ordering.
• Happy Moments is not liable for allergic reactions where allergy information was not disclosed to us in advance.

Delivery & Collection

• Delivery/collection details (date, time, and location) are agreed once the order is confirmed.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time — late collection or incorrect address details may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & Changes

• Orders cancelled at least 5 days before the event date or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever is the furthest away from delivery date, are eligible for a full refund.
• Orders cancelled 3 business days before date of the delivery may be eligible for an 80% refund.
• Cancellations made outside of the abovementioned timelines may not be refundable, as ingredients and items are already sourced.
• Changes to your order (quantities, pack type) should be requested at least 5 days before the event date.

Photos & Marketing

• We may photograph our packs for marketing purposes (e.g. social media, website). No personal or event details will be shared without your permission.

Liability

• Happy Moments takes care in preparing every pack, but we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of items included in our packs (e.g. small toys, party favours) beyond the value of the order itself.
• Please supervise young children with small items such as toys and stickers.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
